Square media icon on a light panel

OS: Manjaro
Plasma 5.13.0
KDE Framework: 5.47
Kernel 4.17

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to none-Breeze theme (some of the popular themes like Paper could have fixed it internally). Most if not all tested non breeze themes had this issue so far.
2. Relogg session.
3. Start some media program to activate media icon.

Expected result: The usual, round media icon

What is happening: Instead usual media icon we see ugly, square icon that has only black color so it becomes invisible in dark panels and doesn't suit other panel icons. See attachments.

Switching back to Breeze, Breeze Dark, Breeze Light and relogging session (sometimes in the same session) restores the proper, round media icon.

Now is the question, is it a bug that can be fixed in Plasma level or should all themes update to be properly usable on Plasma?
