While the underlying issue hasn't been fixed (QtQuick Controls 1 Label native text rendering at non-integer scaling), this settings module has been completely redone for Plasma 5.13 and will no longer exhibit this behavior |
Created attachment 113130 [details] Screenshot of System Settings in 4K @1.5 display Using openSUSE + KDE on an 4K iMac. Scale factor is 1.5. Rendering in System Settings content is not clear. See screenshot. Here are many other applications have the same problem, like Okular.
