Annotated picture showing NTFS partitions, but not others, are hidden under /run/media/<username>

Software versions:
Distro and version: Manjaro KDE 17.1.10
Qt version: 5.10.1
KDE Plasma version: 5.12.5
KDE Frameworks version: 5.46.0
Dolphin version: 18.04.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a NTFS partition (e.g. a Windows OS partition)
2. Let KDE mount the partition by clicking the partition under "Devices" in the left pane of Dolphin
3. Go to the directory where the NTFS partition is mounted in Dolphin (in my distro it's /run/media/<username>/
4. Enable showing Hidden Files (Default keyboard shortcut: Alt+.)
For the symlink:
5. In any location, create a symlink to the directory of the NTFS partition (i.e. to /run/media/<username>/<partition name>)

Actual Results:
Directories of NTFS partitions are hidden. But directories of other types of partitions (e.g. FAT32) are not hidden.
The symlinks to directories of NTFS partitions are also hidden.

Expected Results
All directories of partitions under /run/media/<username>/ should not be hidden except the directory name begins with a dot

Actually the issue happens after updating to KDE frameworks 5.45, but I don't have time to report until now. This issue is not a big deal, but it is really inconsistent, and it also slightly broke my workflow (as I was relying on using the created symlink).

I suspect this is related to the new feature of hiding hidden files on Windows partitions in KDE frameworks 5.45 (see https://pointieststick.wordpress.com/2018/03/31/this-week-in-usability-productivity-part-12/ and bug #171537)

With further testing, this affects all NTFS partitions mounted under /run/media/<username>/ (mounted either by KDE auto-mounting or fstab). However, NTFS partitions manually mounted using the 'mount' command under elsewhere aren't affected. For more information, please refer to the original Manjaro forum thread: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/windows-partitions-and-the-symlinks-to-them-became-hidden-in-dolphin-after-updating-to-kde-frameworks-5-45/47949

I'm also experiencing the same thing. All ntfs partitions are shown as 'hidden' in Dolphin. This wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't sharing data drives between Win10 and Arch Linux.
One drive holds my Google Drive folder and is mounted at /home/pat/Storage in Arch and D:\ in Win10. My next drive is mounted at /home/pat/Storage/Videos in Arch and E:\ in Win10.
If this is an intended "feature", could you please add an "Unhide" option/button?
