Could you please attach a video demonstration and information about your system from KInfocenter? (In reply to Alexander Mentyu from comment #1) > Could you please attach a video demonstration and information about your > system from KInfocenter? https://i.imgur.com/6lVdejZ.png I dont think there is a way to take a video under wayland I can confirm such issue on Arch Linux, plasma 5.12.4. click hamburguer button in plasma panel, "Add widgets" button drag some widget ("minimize all windows", for example) from widgets explorer to your panel drag just added widget to change its position in panel Under Wayland the widget does not track cursor movements. If I drag the widget quickly from left to right or vice-versa and release the mouse button immediately, widget remains moving itself in plasma panel (In reply to Dr. Chapatin from comment #3) > If I drag the widget quickly from left to right or vice-versa and release > the mouse button immediately, widget remains moving itself in plasma panel correcting myself: if I move cursor in normal speed, both the tab showing close and widget settings buttons and the widget itself do not track cursor movements. Widget itself stops moving randomly while cursor is moved, its tab has continuos movement but it also does not track cursor movement and remains moving itself when cursor is released. Panel widgets are moving only when top tab with close button finishes animation to the currently moving widget Plasma: 5.12.4 Apps: 17.12.3 Frameworks: 5.45.0 Qt: 5.10.1 Kernel: 4.14.35-1-MANJARO OS: Netrunner Rolling Video: Intel 4400 Driver: xf86-video-intel 1:2.99.917+823+gd9bf46e4-1 Screen: 1600x900 wayland-protocols 1.13-1 wayland 1.14.0-1 I've tested this on my laptop with Plasma on wayland but I can't reproduce the issue.
