In fact, we have removed the discard button entirely for 18.04. There is no need for it at all; if you have a bad screenshot, just take another one using the "Take New Screenshot" button and the current screenshot will be automatically replaced with the new one. Bummer. I was going to try and modify it myself. Oh well. A toast to 18.04 then! Oh there are plenty of other open Spectacle bugs! Wanna try some of these? https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=CONFIRMED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&keywords=junior-jobs%2C%20&keywords_type=allwords&list_id=1498012&product=Spectacle&query_format=advanced Once I collect all the sources and get it compiled, I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the to-do list! :) In case you haven't seen it already, here is our documentation for that: https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development I'm familiar with it. I even have a Phabricator account and one completed patch under my belt. I may be new around here, but I'm hooked. Wonderful. :) |
