I performed an in place upgrade from Opensuse 42.3 to Tumbleweed. When I boot my laptop with an external display connected, the bottom toolbar is missing.

If i switch between the laptop display and the external display (fn+f8 on my laptop), the toolbar comes back. If I boot with no external display connected, the toolbar is also there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect external display
2.boot pc
3.login to kde (plasma)

When an external display is connected I get a Plasma screen with no toolbar. To fix it I need to swap displays with the laptop hotkeys (Dell fn+f8) and plug/unplug the hdmi cord.

Thanks for the report. I've just tested this but I'm unable to reproduce the issue.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. I've set the bug status to "needsinfo" pending your response, please change back to "reported" or "resolved" when you respond, thanks.
