Which option "add to panel" or "add to taskmanager" Add to panel ones should be draggable after clicking on the '=' icon in the right (In reply to David Edmundson from comment #1) > Which option "add to panel" or "add to taskmanager" > > Add to panel ones should be draggable after clicking on the '=' icon in the > right I actually had in mind general widgets, regardless of how they are added. For example, if I right click some application from the launcher menu and select "pin to task manager", or if I add a widget from the menu, I cannot directly drag-and-drop it from one panel to another. It's still possible to first move it to the desktop outside of any panel, and from there move it again to a panel, but not to move them directly between panels. Oh yeah, this isn't how it's meant to be. A possibly relevant merge request was started @ https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/1750 > Ability to drag widgets between panels
This would indeed be very useful. Right now on Plasma 6 Wayland, when trying to move a widget from one panel to another, it ends up on the Desktop, which can be very confusing.
This was fixed by the panel drag and drop refactor! |
