Actual result of painting on fill layer with build-up brush
Actually, it is not just Fill Layers. Transparency Masks and Filter Masks are also affected. This is a bug about 1-channel layers. Can confirm here. Does it matter which brush engine you use? The screenshots are no longer reachable. The kra files do show the issues, and I am glad to inform you these issues cannot be reproduced on Krita 4.2 pre-alpha (git 688578f). Wysteria, if you can still reproduce this with 'krita: next' or Krita 4.2 and above, don't hesitate to reopen this bug! Note that https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403576 seems similar, but isn't, that one is specifically about masks. |
