1. Reset Krita settings
2. Open Krita
3. Add a new shortcut scheme from "Keyboard Shortcuts"
4. Close and reopen Krita

The labels in dropdown menus are now mostly blank, and the "Keyboard Shortcuts" list is empty.

I was thinking about this bug again and realized that I really should have specified that it's a regression since 3.3.

I don't think that I'd consider bug 378715 a duplicate of this. (Setting a shortcut to "Alt+N" and then trying to use it will alternate between opening the "Settings" dropdown menu and bringing up an "Ambiguous shortcut detected" dialog box. I can reproduce it in 3.3 and master.)

I'm sorry, that might be unclear. It's a regression when compared to 3.3 -- 3.3 is okay, master is not.
