Have you got any non-microsoft "security" software like Total Defender installed? I've been using Bitdefender in the past 4 years. It never picked up Krita as a threat. I tried to save while disabling bitdefender but got the same problem. Uninstalled & reinstalled krita and restarted my laptop. All drivers are updated. It's most likely the ransomware protection "feature" of Bitdefender 2017 blocking access, see Bug 384755. You need to add Krita to the exclusion list. Okay. I got it working now, thank you. I reinstalled krita to another different drive and bitdefender started screaming "ransomware warning" at me this time. I wish BD popped up that warning before, that would've spared me some headaches... :/ Thank you very much for your help! Much appreciated! |
Created attachment 108949 [details] cound not save for output I get this error every time i want to save. Jpeg, png, .kra basically all of them. Tried to save it at different places on my computer it doesn't let me.
