In the latest Konqueror (17.04.1) I have in Fedora 26, I cannot read man and info pages from any KDE tool.
Dolphin handled the request but it open them in the default browser (Firefox) and Konqueror is not able to display them. 
For example:

 ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

I am guessing that the kio is not supported?
