I don't think 1.2.2 has it. Wait for the next release of KDE Applications. Created attachment 108573 [details] screenshot of a page in Okular I've scaled the display in Settings to 1.2x. The whole interface is scaled nicely except the documents in Okular and some of the pages in KDE settings, where the fonts and graphics look jagged and irregular.
