KDE Plasma 5.11.0
KDE Frameworks 5.38.0
Qt 5.9.1

After removing the default favourite items from Application Launcher, Dashboard, and other menu plasmoids and adding my personal favourites things seem to work OK until the next login.

My favourites are still on the panel but they have been shuffled and the default items are back in the mix. This happens with every log in
