When clicking the application name, it could show the streams. Just an idea.

Created attachment 108229 [details] Screenshot of plasma-pa The screenshot shows, that split volume settings for all the streams of a specific application makes sometimes less sense. Often, you want to change the volume of the whole application. I can think of this as both, an optional setting and as the default setting.
