Recording of problem

Attempting to scroll with two fingers using a laptop touchpad will appear to work at first (it slides to the bottom almost instantly), but attempting to scroll upward will result in either no movement at all or a small movement upward followed immediately by a jump back to the bottom, as seen around 0:16 in the attached screen recording.

Bug 385608 says it may be related to the element incorrectly handling horizontal scrolls.

I could reproduce this before, but I'm no longer able to with KDE Frameworks 5.43. Matthew, if you're still able to reproduce the issue in KDE Frameworks 5.43 or later, please re-open.
