What tablet are you using? If it's a ugee, this sounds like a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382821 -- and it's an issue in the tablet driver. If not, then please follow the follow link to get a tablet log: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#What_if_your_tablet_is_not_recognized_by_Krita.3F Created attachment 107783 [details]
Krita Log
Here is the log file, I'm using a wacom cintiq 13HD
Hi, thanks for the log. From the log it looks like you have a multiple monitor setup? If this is the case, could it be some incorrect calibration settings in the Wacom Tablet Properties? Also, please try (re)installing the latest Wacom driver. I've tried re-installing the new drivers, and I've calibrated the tablet and krita multiple times. I've even tried disabling all my other monitors so that the tablet is the only active monitor and the issue still persists. Reinstalling the same version of a driver or an application seldom makes any difference. For wacom drivers, you will need to use the driver utility to completely reset the settings. Reset to factory settings and still doesn't work. I fixed it, you were correct about the calibration, not sure why but this time it worked fine. Thank you for your help and time! Okay, thanks for your patience. |
