STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Compiled Discover from source in a KDE Neon VM
2. Open discover from the command line (`plasma-discover`)
3. Click on an application
4. Open the reviews page
5. Click on the Yes or No button beside a review to rate the review

ACTUAL RESULTS
CLI output:

Usefullness submitted
Failed to submit usefulness:  "Error transferring https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api/downvote - server replied: BAD REQUEST"

I cannot reproduce, I tried it right now with Krita and got a message that usefulness was submitted.

With Discover compiled from source?

Yes, with Discover compiled from master, but even with Plasma 5.10 there shouldn't be any difference in ODRS backend.

@Jan he clearly had the problem, his server replied "BAD REQUEST". There must be something going on...
