Hi !
I recently filed a bugreport regarding a Gwenview crash with some specific pictures (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=384268)

It turned out this is a bug in libexiv2.

Someone had actually already reported it and it was fixed upstream here :
http://dev.exiv2.org/issues/1305#note-1

However, the fix is not yet backported downstream and actually the version of the libexiv2 package Gwenview is built against is part of the Neon repository

 libexiv2.so.26 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexiv2.so.26 (0x00007f0b35314000)

(version 25 is the official one in the Ubuntu repo)

Would it be possible to fix it downstream ? Indeed this bug triggers crashes in Gwenview which is a core KDE app.

Thanks a lot for your great work, btw :-)

Do you have a pointer to the fix? I don't see it on that exiv2 bug which is still marked as unfixed
