Have you tried changing the telescope crosshair color from the color options in KStars? Changing the Target Indicator color doesn't change the situation. What I mean is that this color should become darker when we turn the celestial sphere to indicate that the target is on the back side of the sphere , and then should become lighter again when back on the front side of the sphere. Ah okay, interesting suggestion, I'll keep in mind. Thanks! Now that I think about it, it's quite a bit difficult to implement with very little benefit and might even confuse users, so I'll mark as WONTFIX.
