System: Manjaro Linux 17.0.1 with latest updates
Akonadi: 17.04.2-3

The Open-Xchange Feature of Akonadi seems to be somewhat broken.
When trying to set-up a new OX Calendar in KOrganizer, akonadictl gives following error message: 
Error: Unable to fetch resource collections: "Hierarchical RID does not specify an existing collection"
Note: the set-up process finishes without errors in KOrganizer itself, just no data is synchronized.

Restarting akonadi through akonadictl gives following error:
org.kde.pim.akonadicontrol: ProcessControl: Application "/usr/bin/akonadi_openxchange_resource" stopped unexpectedly ( "Der Prozess ist abgestürzt" )
org.kde.pim.akonadicontrol: Application '/usr/bin/akonadi_openxchange_resource' crashed. No restart!

Persists with KDE Frameworks 5.66.0, KDE Plasma 5.17.5, KDE Applications 19.04.3, Akonadi 1.13.0 on Fedora 31.

Could be a duplicate of bug #353286.
