From what I understand this is intentional as you don't want the panel popping up while e.g. playing a game. re-assigning to kwin which is responsible for this. Yes the intended behavior is to keep all screen edges to the application when in fullscreen. Can we make this optional? (In reply to Matthias from comment #3) > Can we make this optional? no. |
