*** Bug 379444 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Hi Milena, I'm still pretty sure you're suffering from an outdated Intel display driver. Check https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_starts_with_a_black_or_blank_canvas_and_nothing_changes_when_you_try_to_draw.2Fshows_a_black_or_blank_screen_on_my_Windows_system_with_an_Intel_GPU -- start with disabling opengl and then try to find whether there's a newer display driver for your system. Interestingly, I see that a lot of people who report this problem cause the bug to be reported twice, almost as if the web browser also has an update problem! But it's not a bug in Krita, I'm afraid :-( If it were, we could fix it! |
