How big were those files? Were they on the "main" disk or an external hard disk? Size doesn't matter. 1kilobyte text files have the same delay before removal. Main disk, solid state drive. There wasn't such issue before. Thanks. We need a backtrace to check what's going on during those 6-7 seconds. Please start dolphin from gdb. Then, as soon as the delay starts, hit CTRL+C in gdb and finally post here the output of the 'bt' command (always from gdb). @Vladyslav, could you please try to reproduce this issue & provide the information requested in comment 3? It would be very helpful for us if we had a backtrace available. Does this still happen with newer versions of Dolphin? If yes, please add a backtrace as requested in comment 3. No response -> closing. Please reopen this report if you can still reproduce this behavior with newer versions of Dolphin. |
