Created attachment 104666 [details] Icon background stays after mouse over This is most probably related to arc theme, but I report this here too, maybe it will be useful while resetting settings or something, so user can't brake desktop. Hope I helped a little. I've installed arc-kde theme and after switching back to Breeze there is such effect visible on desktop icons.
