1st issue:
Add icons to the panel, use icons only Manager. use non KDE packages as well (Like: Firefox, Libreoffice, Clementine)

Change the order of the icons with drag & drop. The order changes. 

Now open the programs, the icons order will be restored to the original.


2nd issue: right click Pin cannot be used on wayland, it is greyed out.
