Description Gildas PRIME 2017-02-08 14:20:33 UTC
When selecting the Timeline ruler to the 'hh:mm:ss:ff' format the display shows from 00 to 24 for a 25 images per second video, so it does not correspond to the milliseconds...

I don't understand. The 'f' is indeed supposed to be the frame number.
Comment 2 Gildas PRIME 2017-02-10 08:33:50 UTC
For me the ff means the milliseconds, as the format shows hours:minute:seconds the ff as to be in the same time unit not in frames which make confusion, or it has to be separated like hh:mm:ss - frame 2/25

Hello Gildas,

This is by design. This is how it works in video, see more here for more info: https://www.videomaker.com/article/f6/10464-cracking-the-video-time-code

I am closing this report since it isn't a bug. If you have any doubt about this concept please use the forums or g+ community channels.

Cheers :D
