Confirmed with current git master on Debian testing. It's a regression: the stock Debian version of okular behaves correctly. Git commit be6b0b6f482dbb307b0bbdc5f42b7ee2fb55acb6 by Albert Astals Cid. Created attachment 103728 [details] wrong file I use Okular 1.0.1. Go File > Properties, Fonts tab. You will see "Reading font information 100%" for ever, even after it is done; and in both types of PDF: with and without embeded fonts. After identifying fonts, please remove message "Reading font information"
