Forget digiKam 4.x and switch to last 5.4.0 which must have this problem fixed since a while. You can use the last Linux universal AppImage bundle available in download section : http://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/ Gilles Caulier Hello, I just tried with version 5.4.0 the problem is the same. The plugin is able to connect to the Google Photos account and discover the existing albums, import pictures from existing albums... But after uploading a picture I can't find it in the album. This is a new thing. I've been uploading hundreds of pictures this way in the past, working perfectly. My guess is that it is caused by a recent change in Google Photos API. Best regards Problem is not to reproduce here, the upload works as expected. The new pictures are in the albums. Maybe there is no more storage space in the Google Photo account? Maik Just tested here too. No problem to upload data on GDrive or GPhoto. Gilles Caulier Hello, I checked it was not storage space. I was able to upload pictures to the same account same album using the web browser interface. Just now I checked again and it is working. This is weird... Anyways problem solved for now you can forget about this bug. |
