*** Bug 378835 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** The error message in the system tray is always: There was a problem while trying to connect jabberuser@domain.tld - Authentication of your account failed (is your password correct?) But honestly, my password is typed correctly ;-) Can I dig more into deep to find the problem and post some kind of backtrace or debug here? How? (I use kubuntu 17.04) In the meantime I have to use kopete... Thanks Andreas Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software.
