The auto hide feature of the panel has small problem when we boot our system. Panel stays visible util we hover it and move out mouse cursor from it. It seems that then hide action is triggered but not after session starts. 

I noticed also that i we logout and login again (not reboot), this panel gets hidden so maybe all this have something to do how fast session loads etc.
