This is a super simple fix that allows easy access to tags in dolphin.

Entering "tags:///" in the adress bar shows the list of tags as icons, and clicking on a tag icon shows all the files with this tag.

Please add a bookmark to tags:/// into the default places in the left side bar, next to personal folder, root folder etc.

It's really simple to do this yourself, but people are not be aware of it.

I'm torn on the matter. The change to make this appear by default is trivial and I can do it in 10 minutes. But then folks who click on it will be presented with a blank view, because no tags have been created yet. That might be confusing.

I'll probably submit a patch anyway and solicit comments.
