The view engine is ltr

It should be rtl

Maybe you add a option to choose if the file manager should be rtl or ltr in the settings (and option "rtl only in rtl name folder")
because there are people who like it that way

Anyway, if you add the option, the default setting should be rtl everywhere because most of the users like it that way

Is this still the case with a newer version of Dolphin? I do not use a RTL language, so I never tested it before.

Yes, I try to dig in the code, I think it because the way dolphin generate the UI - paint it with (X,Y) refrence

Okay, if you eventually find out what the exact cause is then please go ahead and submit a patch at phabricator.kde.org. We would love to have a fix for this problem :)

The Dolphin views now support RtL.
