I did not see this referred anywhere but solved the installation problem: I discovered that there is a 'KDE Shutdown' button (in windows 7: Start/KDE Release). By shutting down KDE, I was able to install RKWARD successfully. I imagine that somehow KDE was running some process and would not allow writting the file. |
