The sharing option is part of the Purpose library, so adding Aleix for that. Aleix, do you think that this would be something to add? It would certainly be a nice addition, moving bug to purpose. I don't think I'll be able to work on it for now, though. Hey Aleix, I think I will be able to provide support for uploading of images through a KIPI plugin to IPFS through https://globalupload.io/ ? I was wondering if you have any pointers to before I push a patch? ( for example, should I file a new bug?) No need to file a bug report. So I understand that there is a difference between Purpose and Kipi but I was able to cobble a kipi plugin for ipfs (https://github.com/amar-laksh/kipi-plugins) could you help me in how do I get this one in upstream? you need to submit it as a patch to phabricator.kde.org. |
