A pdf file 142998.pdf is displayed incorrectly, compared to other PDF viewers.
In the big logo there are white lines, which don't show e.g in Chromium, Evince or Firefox.

The file comes from the Govdocs data set (http://digitalcorpora.org/corpora/govdocs)
It can be extracted from this archive: http://digitalcorpora.org/corp/files/govdocs1/zipfiles/142.zip

Steps to Reproduce:
1. okular 142998.pdf

Actual Results:  
In the big logo there are white lines / artifacts

Expected Results:  
The big logo is blue.

No artifacts here (Okular 0.26, poppler 0.47).

Can you attach a screenshot of the problem?

Hi Yuri, please find it attached. My version is 0.24 though  (it came with Ubuntu 16).

Unfortunately Ark can't seem to open the zip files you uploaded.
