When i Change the default web brower, the configuration is not saved. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Application -> web brower  and change by google-chrome like screen 1
2.apply and close windows
3. Go to Application -> web brower and the change is not saved

Actual Results:  
Default configuration

Expected Results:  
Google chrome remain the default navigator
