Note: I use the Breeze Dark theme. Looks like background contrast effect is not enabled? Or gpu driver update broke it. Please provide the output of qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation Your first guess was right. The effect was not fully active (see screenshot 2). I unchecked it and checked it again, and now it's fine again. I hadn't touched any graphical settings though. That happened automatically with the lastest updates. Created attachment 100500 [details]
