I have two auto-hide panels configured on my desktop.
When the desktop is initialized after login, the two panels are visible and remain visible until I pass the mouse over them (for example.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add one or more auto-hide panel to desktop
2. Login

Actual Results:  
Panels stays open

Expected Results:  
Panels are initialized hidden or hide after a short time

This is very likely a duplicate of bug #351906 (already confirmed).
