I ran the Dev Stable edition (neon-devedition-gitstable-20160713-1047) in a live session and entered the passphrase for my WiFi correctly in Plasma-NM, clicked "connect" and a dialog asking me for the passphrase again showed up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start live session
2. Open the wifi list in Plasma-NM
3. Select a network
4. Enter the passphrase
5. Click "connect"

Actual Results:  
A dialog asking for the passphrase pops up

Expected Results:  
It connects

seems to be caused by a bug in networkmanager:
