The program crashes during the program starts. directly by clicking on the icon using windows 10 pro

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download http://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/digiKam-5.0.0-1-Win64.exe
2. Install
3. Start and see crashing with the error code in the image

With the 5.0.0 64 bits installer version 2, the problem is solved. Look this comment :
