When switching rapidly between different activities, the widgets and desktop background 
sometimes lag behind the activity.  For example, suppose there are two activities A and B.
A has associated widgets X, and B has associated widgets Y.  After switching rapidly between A and B, the activity manager shows activity A as active, but the desktop shows the widgets Y for activity B.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure two activities A and B
2. Configure different desktop widgets for each activity X and Y
3. Switch rapidly several times between A and B
4. The desktop will show the incorrect widgets

Actual Results:  
The display shows widgets Y when switching to activity A or
the display shows widgets X when switching to activity B

Expected Results:  
When switching to activity A, the display should show widgets X.
When switching to activity B, the display should show widgets Y.
