When you use Gwenview to change image format (Save as...) you get a mismatch between what Gwenview's titlebar shows and what Gwenview is really showing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a.png file
2. open menu "File" and select "Save as",  select as file type jpeg
3. Save the file a.jpeg
4. Gwenview says "you are seeing the new document"
5. Gwenview's titlebar show a.png, then since I want to erase the old a.png file, I press "del" keyboard's button.
6. Gwenview will erase a.jpeg instead of a.png

Actual Results:  
mismatch between titlebar and actually selected file

Actually, this is almost certainly the same issue or same root cause as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345980
