Hi, i come from Kubuntu 14.04 in this version drag and drop with Dolphin into Wine is ok. Now i have a fresh install of Kubuntu 16.04 and this feature is broken (same wine version). 
If i use another file browser ex. Rekonq everything works fine. See this images:

Ive tried some other wine program that support drag and drop for a test i have installed example Filezilla for windows, same problem: Dolphin no other file browser yes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab a file with mouse
2. Move it into a wine window
3. Relase the file

Actual Results:  
Nothing happen

Expected Results:  
File transfer
