External Left Display causes Panel Settings>Visibility to be ineffective
Kubuntu 16.04 with KDE Plasma 5.6.3. With External Screen on Left, a panel with applications on my primary display cannot be made so that Windows can cover. Panel > More Settings > Visibility Options are ineffective. I have been through all Visibility Options and nothing happens.
If I put the panel with applications on the left side of the External Display all the Visibility Options work as they should. It only fails when the panel with applications are on the left side of the primary display and the External Display is on the left.
If I make the External Screen on the Right, Visibility Options all work as they should.
The above behaviour occurs for both the Intel and Nvidia driver options.
I plan to add separate examples of Nvidia driver with an External Display on the Left of the Primary Display.

Left External Display has part of the Primary Display Image
When using Nvidia driver and the External Display on the Left of the Primary Display, cursor movement from the External Display to the Primary display causes the primary display to be increasingly in the External Display.
KSnapshot did not show this behaviour as it gave an image without any horizontal displacement. I could only show this problem with a picture using my camera. I reduced the resolution to a size that shows the behaviour.
When the External Display is on the right of the primary display there is no displacement with cursor movement, ie it works as it should.

LibreOffice Impress using F5 for a Presention has no Control Screen
The image shows LibreOffice Impress on the Primary Display and the presentation on the External Display which, under presentation conditions, would drive an Image Projector. I am using the NVidia driver with the hdmi connection s for all other examples.
In the image, the previously displaced image on the External Display is evident. More importantly, the LO Impress is in the edit mode and not showing the Presentation control window which shows the current image, the next image, time displays and advancement arrows.
I tend to think that this is a KDE problem as LO Impress works perfectly when I use my Intel Card driver.
