I wonder if this is related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346860 It may be! The issues are very similar, but my issue isn't present in 2.9 for me personally-- for at least the last several uploads. It's also any brush size, and not just large ones. Brush size doesn't seem to effect the lag at all. We also seem to be running different operating systems. I've tested today's version of krita [2.99.89.zip], and the issue is sadly still present. Let me know if there's anything I can do/more information to give to help figure out the issue. I can confirm this issue. Also on windows 10 but a Wacom tablet. Even working with tiny canvases (like for pixel art) it is slow. With Vc 1.2 _or_ the mingw builds this seems fixed. |
