Which tabbox do you use? thumbnails Could you please explain why the fall apart effect should not be applied to the tabbox? After all it's a close window animation and the tabbox is a window. I fail to see why it should not be applied. What is so special about it that it needs a different behavior? To me it felt out-of-place, as the task switcher is used frequently. Also I don't perceive it as a normal window, e.g. because it has no decorations and is not created by a user-program. The Alt+Tab window is in general affected by the effects as any other window as well. E.g. the default switcher uses the sliding popups effect and that's wanted like that. For the other modes we want to have the default fade in/out effect as well. So this renders this a special case for fallapart. As special casing is difficult I have to say no to this request. |
