Thanks for the report, this actually looks like a problem with KWallet itself. The "KDE Wallet Migration Agent" belongs to it and KTp cannot influence if that shows up or not. That said, I noticed this behavior as well recently. Same for me on my arch linux. Thank you for reporting this bug in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version? If you can reproduce the issue, please change the status to "CONFIRMED" when replying. Thank you! Honestly, I've forgotten about this. On my current machine, I'm not even sure I have anything in the wallet, so I can't be sure how it behaves. From where I stand, this can be closed (and if it's still happening, it can be reported again by someone who's still having the problem).
