Hope here will be a way to add dividers between bookmarks on folder panel, just like Firefox book mark menu. It makes long bookmark list clear.

Thanks for the report. I assume that you actually mean the Places Panel (the one which gets shown/hidden if you press F9)?

STOP marking it as duplicate -.- Look at duplicates, they are from 2008 year.. 9 YEARS OLD and no one solved it. Please KDE listen to community.

I marked it as a duplicate because this bug asks for basically the same thing as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=169751, where someone has also asked for the ability to insert separators.

Marking this bug as a duplicate makes it *more likely* to get done, since "number of duplicates" is one way to measure the demand for a feature. It doesn't mean your request is being ignored!
