If I try to execute Konsole on the second display (right-click, terminal), I get a frozen Konsole window.  However, if there's already a Konsole active in the main display,  I don't have this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  right-click, terminal in secondary display
2.  must me first Konsole window for error to occur

Actual Results:  
Frozen Konsole window appears.

Expected Results:  
Should be getting a useable Konsole window.
