Hi! Thanks for your report Is this specific to files in the camera raw format? Or do you also get a black screen if you create a new image? Which operating system are you using, and is opengl on or off? Hi, thanks for your answer. This is everytime when I create a new image. I use the newest krita update. And about the last thing i don't really know what it is, i'm sorry. Okay, then I deduce that you're probably using a laptop, or a system with an integrated Intel graphics processor in any case. Your driver is broken and cannot handle Krita's demands. Updating a driver is pretty difficult, more difficult than it should be, and manufacturers are really bad at providing updates. You can go to the Settings menu, select Configure Krita, click on the Display icon and then disable the OpenGL checkbox. That should fix the canvas display issue, at the expense of some performance and missing features. Thank you very much for your help now it works ^~^ |
